    Great Finishing and customer service

    I am very happy with the Exchange service Zwende offers. I ordered a handcrafted bag and fell in love with the combination of the ajrakh print on the black leather. The finishing was great as well. However, it was bigger than my requirement. The team quickly responded to my exchange request and helped me customise a bag that fit my size requirement perfectly.
